What’s new at Reecia’s? April 2020 Edition

Dear Reecia’s Salon & Spa Clients,

We were closed from March 22nd to April 27th, but we’re baaaaack!! Now open and taking appointments. We are currently offering curbside product pickup. Give us a call at 406.863.9900 to book an appointment or place an order. ⭐️Please Read ⭐️for info about your upcoming appointment: 🌷
Thank you for your support during this difficult time. Please review the following new safety and sanitary initiatives for customers we have to implement at this time.
🌱No waiting area- please wait in your car or outside until we notify you your service provider is ready.
🌱Masks- all staff is required to wear masks. We require that you wear a mask that secures behind your ears, not the back of the head, to your appointment. You may bring your own or we will have masks available to purchase.
🌱Keep social distance of 6 ft from anyone besides your service provider
🌱No appointments can be scheduled for customers who have traveled from out of state within a 14 day quarantine period.
🌱If you are sick or around anyone who is sick PLEASE reschedule 14 days from then.
🌱No walkin appointments can be accepted at this time, must have a scheduled appointment
🌱Curbside pickup is still required for customers only purchasing Aveda products- call ahead or email reecias.info@gmail.com to order and pay.
🌱We encourage contactless pay- you can download our app⭐️- Pocket Salon -⭐️and set up your account or we offer contactless pay from your phone.
🌱Coats must be kept with you and clothes if you opt to change into a smock
🌱Come to your appointment alone, no minors unless they have a scheduled appointment
🌱Hand sanitizer will be available on all stations and desk
🌱We are not able to offer beverages or magazines at this time, you may bring your own
🌱As always, we will be offering clean, sanitized capes and towels to every guest, sanitizing and sterilizing all implements and equipment and washing hands before every guest. Additionally routine cleaning throughout the day of high touch areas including counters, doorknobs, chairs, equipment including a wipe down with disinfectant of stations and credit card machine after every guest. Masks will be worn by all staff.

This position is vital to the success of the business, a smooth operation and a great customer experience. Salon experience a plus but not required. 🖇 Skills required include assisting customers with scheduling appointments, handling payments from customers, assisting coworkers with customer service, knowledge and sales of recommended products (training provided), opening and closing of daily operations, and assisting with ordering and inventory, and basic computer skills.
