Masks – all staff is required to wear masks. We require that you wear a mask that secures behind your ears, not the back of the head, to your appointment. You may bring your own or we will have masks available to purchase.
Keep a social distance of 6ft from anyone besides your service provider.
No appointments can be scheduled for customers who have traveled from out of state within a 14 day quarantine period.
If you are sick or around anyone who is sick PLEASE reschedule 14 days from then.
No walk in appointments can be accepted at this time, must have a scheduled appointment.
Curbside pickup is still required for customers only purchasing Aveda products- call ahead or email email@example.com to order and pay.
We encourage contactless pay- you can download our app: Pocket Salon and set up your account or we offer contactless pay from your phone.
Coats must be kept with you and clothes if you opt to change into a smock.
Come to your appointment alone, no minors unless they have a scheduled appointment.
Hand sanitizer will be available on all stations and desk.
We are not able to offer beverages or magazines at this time, you may bring your own.
As always, we will be offering clean, sanitized capes and towels to every guest, sanitizing and sterilizing all implements and equipment and washing hands before every guest. Additionally routine cleaning throughout the day of high touch areas including counters, doorknobs, chairs, equipment including a wipe down with disinfectant of stations and credit card machine after every guest. Masks will be worn by all staff. We look forward to seeing you!
