We earned a new facial massage sequence that incorporates Myofascial Release techniques. This will be particularly helpful for my clients with aging skin, fine lines, and/or dry skin. Myofascial Release movements break down fascia (pronounced faw-shuh) tissues that have hardened to create wrinkles, and also vastly improves microcirculation. (Blood flow = nutrients = radiant, youthful, clear skin!) It also does wonders for clearing skin with dry acne, so this will also help my clients with non inflammatory acne!
